Same candy land, rolled in dice
Sweet Bonanza 1000 Dice is the 1000 game with its symbols swapped out. The pink candy backdrop stays where it was, but the fruit and sweets on the reels are now glossy dice, with the premium ones marked with hearts, moons and stars. Pragmatic Play released it as a separate game in early 2025.
Underneath, it's the engine you may already know from Sweet Bonanza 1000. Same grid, same tumbles, same bombs up to 1,000x, same 25,000x ceiling. On our tiles both show 96.53%.
How a winning roll lands
Six reels, five rows, and not a payline in sight. You want 8 matching dice, and it doesn't matter where on the screen they sit. More of them pays more, up to the top rate at 12 or above.
Win, and the board tumbles. Out go the winning dice, down come the ones above, and new ones drop in to plug the holes. Plenty of spins end there. Now and then the refill makes a fresh set of eight, it pays again, and the board keeps tumbling until it runs dry.
Bombs worth up to 1,000x
Get four scatters and you're into 10 free spins, collecting 3x your bet on the way. Five scatters pay 5x, six pay 100x. Inside the round, any 3 scatters buy you 5 more spins.
That's when the bombs come out. Each carries a number between 2x and 1,000x and stays put until the tumbling's done. Then their values are added up, and that total multiplies everything the sequence won. Two bombs of 10x give you 20x, not 100x, and a bomb that lands on a spin with no win does nothing at all.
Paying extra for a better shot
Ante Bet: 25% more per spin, and twice the chance of free spins arriving on their own.
Buy Free Spins: 100x your bet for an instant round.
Super Free Spins: 500x your bet, with every bomb worth at least 20x.
None of these tilt the odds your way. They change how you pay for the game, not how much of it the house keeps. If the buys return roughly the 96.53% the game does overall, the 100x option costs about 3.5x your bet on average and the 500x one about 17x, before luck has its say.
Why Pragmatic makes dice slots
Pragmatic's dice games started out in Belgium, where the studio launched them with Peppermill Casino in July 2023. The idea is simple: take a game players already know, keep its features, and change what's printed on the symbols. Several of them, this one included, are now offered well beyond Belgium.
The numbers: 96.53% and a 25,000x cap
Take 96.53% away from 100 and you get the house edge: 3.47%. In money, the game keeps about $3.47 of every $100 you spin, so a thousand $1 spins cost around $34.70 on average. This is a game where most of the value sits in free spins, so expect long flat patches between features and size your bets with that in mind.
Pragmatic supplies this game in lower builds too, down to 94.51%. Ours runs 96.53%, the figure printed on the tile. If you want to know why a point or two of RTP matters, our guide to RTP and house edge works through it.
Spinning it with crypto
Bets are priced in dollars and come out of whichever coin you hold. Any of our 14 coins works, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana among them. On a slot with long gaps between the big moments, holding USDT or USDC means the only thing moving your balance is the reels.
Dice version or candy version?
Pick on looks, because the maths won't decide it for you. The 1000 Dice and the candy 1000 share the same features and the same 96.53% on our tiles. The older Sweet Bonanza Dice isn't the same thing, though. Its bombs max out at 100x, and its best win is a shade over 21,000x. If bigger bombs appeal, Sweet Bonanza 2500 goes to 2,500x.
All of them sit in our Pragmatic Play section. And if you want dice where you can check every roll yourself, our in-house Dice is provably fair and returns 98%.
