Privacy and Data protection are important to Jacks Club. We collect data about our customers ("Data") when they use the platform, the services, and our website (collectively, "Services"). This privacy policy describes how we collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your Data whenever you use Jacks Club through the website. In this privacy policy, we refer to a visitor on our website or a customer of one or more of our Services ("You", "Customer"). This policy does not apply to third-party websites, products, or services even if they link to our Services, and You should consider the privacy practices of those third-parties carefully.

Overview

The Data we collect depends on how our Services are used. Sometimes we receive Data directly such as when we receive an email or through the live chat. Other times, we get Data by recording interactions with our Services by, for example, using technologies like cookies and web beacons. We can also obtain Data from third parties, like our financial partners or identity verification services. The collection and use of Data from a variety of sources are essential to our ability to provide our Services – and to help keep the services safe. The processing of Personal Data shall always be in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and in accordance with the country-specific data protection regulations applicable to Jacks Club.

    • Communications data with Customers
  2. Other Data. We call Data other than Personal Data "Other Data". We collect Other Data from a variety of sources. One of our sources for Other Data is cookies and other technologies that record Data about the use of our website, and the use of our Services generally. Other Data that we may collect include:

    • Browser and Device Data, such as language, country, referrer URL, and affiliate URL;
    • Transaction Data, such as transaction amount, transaction date, payment method, payout method, cryptocurrency address;
    • Customer Activity Data, all data related to your casino activity such as bets, rains, tips, VIP, rakebacks, jackpot, chat messages, and statistics; and
    • Cookie and Tracking Technology Data, such as time spent on the Services, pages visited, language preferences, and other anonymous traffic data.

How We Use Data

How We Disclose Data

Jacks Club values your privacy and we make careful decisions to balance Your privacy and fraud prevention. We aim to prevent your information falling into the hands of third parties. However, we do share Your Personal Data with trusted third parties, including:

  1. To Identity Verification Services. We share Data with third-party identity verification services in order to prevent fraud. This allows Jacks Club to confirm your identity by comparing the information you provide us to public records and other third-party databases. These service providers may create derivative data based on your personal information that can be used solely in connection with provision of identity verification and fraud prevention services;
  2. To Hosting Service Providers. We share Data with hosting service providers to store, process and host the Data in order to provide the Services;
  3. To Communication Service Providers. We share Data with communication service providers who help us provide the Services. Communication service providers help solve communication challenges by serving emails and SMS messages on our behalf; and
  4. Safety, Legal Purposes, and Law Enforcement. We share Data with law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when we are compelled to do so by a subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedure; or we believe in good faith that the disclosure of personal information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity or to investigate violations of our terms and conditions.

Digital Currency Transactions

When using digital currencies you should realize that all digital currency transactions are stored within the blockchain (public ledger) in order to ensure that they are publicly visible and traceable at all times. Digital currency transactions are traceable and in theory can be traced back to Jacks Club. However, the owner’s identity cannot be determined on the basis of their digital currency address.

The following data is made publicly available through the blockchain: transaction amount, transaction date, cryptocurrency address, transaction ID.

Direct Marketing and Opting Out

From time to time we may use Your Personal Data to inform you about our products or services or about promotional activities which Jacks Club believes may be of interest or of benefit to you. We may do this via email, SMS, telephone or mail. If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional material from Jacks Club at all or in any particular form, you may contact us at any time by email to support@jacksclub.io with your request with which we will comply as soon as is practical.

Advertising

We may use third-party advertising companies to serve advertisements regarding our service that may be of interest to you when you access our websites, based on Data relating to your access to and use of our websites on any of your devices, as well as Data received from third parties. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie, or similar tracking technology, on your browser (including the use of pixel tags). They may also use these technologies, along with data they collect about your online use, to recognize you across the devices you use, such as a mobile phone and a laptop, and to make decisions about the advertisements you see.

In order to understand and improve the effectiveness of our advertising, we may also use web beacons, cookies, and other technologies to identify the fact that You have visited our website or seen one of our advertisements, and we may provide that Data to one or more third-party advertising networks. The Data we provide may include the time and date of your visit to our website, pages viewed, links clicked and other information that does not disclose your "real world" identity. Choice and Access

You have choices regarding our use and disclosure of your Personal Data:

  • Opting out of receiving electronic communications from us. If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out via the unsubscribe link included in such emails. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages that are required to provide you with our Services.
  • How You can access or change Your Personal Data. If you would like to review, correct, or update Personal Data that you have previously disclosed to us, you may do so by contacting us.

When emailing us your request, please make clear in the email what Personal Data you would like to have changed. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Data associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.

If you close your Jacks Club Account, we will mark your account in our database as "Closed," but will keep your account information in our database for a period of time. This is necessary in order to deter fraud, by ensuring that persons who try to commit fraud will not be able to avoid detection simply by closing their account and opening a new account. However, if you close your account, your personal information will not be used by us for any further purposes, nor sold or shared with third parties, except as necessary to prevent fraud and assist law enforcement, as required by law, or in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Retention period

We will retain Personal Data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Please note that we have a variety of obligations to retain the Data that You provide to us, including to ensure that transactions can be appropriately processed, settled, refunded or charged-back, to help identify fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering and other laws and rules that apply to us and to our financial service providers.

Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" legend at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. Any changes are effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy on this website.
