This Services Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between Jacks Club ("Jacks Club", "we", or "us") and the person ("you", "your", or "user") who registered a Jacks Club Account to use the Jacks Club services that may be offered by Jacks Club (each, a "Service"). This agreement describes the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.

If you do not understand any of the terms of this agreement, please contact us before using the service.

You may not use our service unless you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Eligibility

By accessing or using the Jacks Club services, you represent and warrant that you will not use any services if the laws applicable to you owing to your country of residency and/or citizenship prohibit you from doing so in accordance with this agreement and you acknowledge that Jacks Club is not liable for your compliance and failure to comply with such laws. You represent and warrant that you will not be using any services offered by Jacks Club for any illegal activity, including without limitation money laundering, fraud, blackmail, extortion, ransoming data, financing of terrorism, or any other violent activities or prohibited market practices.

Restricted Territories

Blacklisted Territories: Netherlands, Dutch Caribbean Islands, Curacao, France, Spain, Australia, United States of America, United Kingdom, Syrian Arab Republic, Islamic Republic Of Iran, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and/or any other restricted by law country or state. Note that it is strictly forbidden to play on Jacks Club in the blacklisted countries mentioned above.

If it becomes apparent to us that you are in a Restricted Territory we shall be entitled to close your account immediately. See funds recovery for information about recovering your funds after account termination.

Use of Services by Minors

The Jacks Club services are intended solely for users who are at least 18 years of age or older, have the capacity to enter into this user agreement, and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions of this user agreement.

Account Registration

By using a Jacks Club Account, you agree and represent that you will use the Jacks Club Services only for yourself, and not on behalf of any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Jacks Club Account. We may, in our sole discretion, refuse to open a Jacks Club Account for you or limit the number of Jacks Club Accounts that you may hold or suspend or terminate any Jacks Club Account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, freeze, or terminate your account without prior notice, if you:

Impersonate Jacks Club staff or other users;
Are suspected of exploiting any bug, glitch, or vulnerability in the Services;
Manipulate or attempt to manipulate the outcome of any bet or game;
Engage in any illegal activity, including money laundering or terrorist financing;
Engage in collusion, syndicate betting, or coordinated play with other users;
Exploit arbitrage opportunities across the Services or between the Services and third parties;
Participate in or facilitate match-fixing or any form of event manipulation;
Sell, purchase, transfer, or otherwise trade any Jacks Club account;
Advertise or attract players to competing platforms;
Create or operate multiple accounts;
Exploit any vulnerabilities of digital currencies or blockchain networks;
Spread false or misleading information about Jacks Club.

Upon termination of your account, Jacks Club reserves the right to withhold any funds in your account pending investigation. See funds recovery for information about recovering your funds after account termination.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

Jacks Club reserves the right, at any time, to ask for any KYC documentation it deems necessary to determine the identity and location of a User. Jacks Club reserves the right to restrict the Service, payment, or withdrawal until identity is sufficiently determined, or for any other reason in Jacks Club's sole discretion. Jacks Club also reserves the right to disclose a User's information as appropriate to comply with legal processes or as otherwise permitted by the privacy policy of Jacks Club, and by using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to the possibility of such disclosure.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Jacks Club is committed to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crimes. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your Jacks Club account are derived from legitimate sources and that you shall not use the Services to disguise the proceeds of, or to finance, any unlawful activity.

Jacks Club reserves the right to conduct ongoing monitoring of all transactions and account activity. In the event that Jacks Club identifies suspicious or unusual activity, Jacks Club may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: (a) suspend or freeze your account and any associated funds; (b) request additional documentation to verify the source of funds; (c) report such activity to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and (d) withhold or delay any pending transactions until such time as the matter is resolved to Jacks Club's satisfaction.

Risk Disclosure

You agree and understand that there are risks associated with utilizing services involving digital currencies including, but not limited to, the risk of failure of hardware, software, and internet connections and the risk of malicious software introduction. You acknowledge that Jacks Club shall not be responsible for any communication failures, disruptions, errors, distortions, or delays you may experience when using the services, howsoever caused.

The risk of loss in using services involving digital currencies may be substantial and losses may occur over a short period of time. In addition, price and liquidity are subject to significant fluctuations that may be unpredictable.

Processing Deposits and Withdrawals

Our wallet allows you to send, receive and store digital currencies. You must deposit and withdraw digital currencies from an address that is registered to/ and used by you. We will process the digital currency transactions in accordance with the instructions we receive from you.

Data Submission: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have entered the correct data (eg. digital currency address). Jacks Club is not liable and will deny responsibility for any damages or losses you may incur as a result of providing incorrect payment information. For example, if you send your Bitcoins to an incorrect digital currency address, your money may be lost.
Withdraw Delay: For safety, we store a limited amount of digital currencies in our hot wallet. In some cases, it can occur that a withdrawal may take up to 72 hours, but that's only because Jacks Club may need to shift digital currencies from our cold storage to our hot wallet. If there are any questions regarding this agreement, feel free to contact us.
Digital Currency Network: Jacks Club has no control over any digital currency network and therefore cannot and does not ensure that any transaction details you submit via our services will be confirmed on the relevant digital currency network. You agree and understand that the transaction details you submit via our services may not be completed, or may be substantially delayed, by the digital currency network used to process the transaction.
Refunds: Digital currency transactions cannot be reversed once they have been broadcast to the relevant digital currency network. Jacks Club may refuse to process or cancel any pending digital currency transaction as required by law or any court or other authority to which Jacks Club is subject in any jurisdiction.
Processing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel/suspend your transaction in the event that a technical failure caused by third parties or other unforeseeable circumstances results in Jacks Club not being able to complete your transaction in a timely manner.
Coin Mixing: We have a strict anti-coin mixing policy. If deposits and withdrawals are suspected of being attempts to mix coins we reserve the right to hold withdrawals until the withdrawal is refunded to the address the deposit came from or the KYC procedure is completed in full.

Fees and Costs

Jacks Club does not charge a fee for storing, sending, and receiving digital currencies in your wallet. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future, and in such case, any applicable fees will be displayed prior to you incurring the fee.

Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any and all taxes, duties, or levies applicable to your use of the Services, including but not limited to income tax, capital gains tax, or any other tax arising from winnings, withdrawals, or digital currency transactions. Jacks Club does not provide tax advice and shall bear no liability for any tax obligations you may incur.

Service Availability

Jacks Club provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the website or its services will be continuous, timely, or free of errors. The services may also be switched off in the event of DDOS attacks, technical malfunctions, maintenance, or a shortage of liquidity for example.

XP

XP is a metric used by Jacks Club to measure the effective value of your wagers for the purposes of bonus progression, promotional eligibility, and contest rankings. XP is derived from the wager amount and the effective house edge of the game, calculated as follows:

XP = wager * effective_house_edge * 2%

Jacks Club reserves the right to adjust the effective house edge at its sole discretion. A reduced house edge will proportionally affect progress toward bonuses and promotions.

Third-Party Games & Sportsbook: For games and services provided by third-party providers, including the sportsbook, the effective house edge is capped at 0.5%.
High-Risk Games: Games identified as having mechanics susceptible to wager abuse will have their effective house edge reduced to zero (0%).

Bonuses & Promotions

Jacks Club offers multiple bonuses and promotions. The following terms apply:

In Case of a Tie: If two or multiple users finish with the same score the prizes will be equally distributed amongst them.
Eligibility: Only one entry per person, household, or IP address per bonus or contest is permitted.
Payout: All automatic payouts will be processed as soon as reasonably practicable. Jacks Club is not liable for any delays in payout processing due to technical issues, verification requirements, or other unforeseen circumstances.
XP: Contest rankings and bonus progression are determined by XP.
Bet Processing Delays: Bets may be processed with a slight delay. The timestamp used to determine contest eligibility is when the bet is processed by our systems, not when placed. Jacks Club is not responsible for monetary losses caused by delays in processing bets.
Bonus Expiration: Certain bonuses are subject to time-limited redemption periods. Unclaimed bonuses shall be automatically forfeited upon expiration without further notice. Jacks Club reserves the right to modify any expiration period at its sole discretion.

Deposit Bonus

Jacks Club provides generous deposit bonuses to all new and existing players with no time and withdrawal restrictions. New players are rewarded with four separate deposit bonuses that can grow up to 360% based on the deposit amount. The received deposit bonus will be available as a unlockable bonus in USD. Please follow the directions below to ensure you receive the correct deposit bonus:

Deposit Amount: To be eligible for a deposit bonus, you must deposit at least the provided minimum deposit amount converted to USD. We will use our last known USD rate when the deposit is confirmed and received by our Payment Service Provider, not when the deposit transaction is sent/broadcasted. So make sure to deposit enough funds (including the transaction fee) to account for possible exchange rate fluctuations.
Maximum Bonus Amount: Every deposit bonus has its own maximum bonus amount, you cannot receive more than the provided maximum bonus amount. If the deposit amount times the bonus multiplier is higher than the maximum bonus amount, the bonus amount will be capped at the maximum bonus amount.

Connectivity

Your device, hardware, and network connection directly affect the performance and functionality of the website.

Jacks Club accepts no liability for financial losses, lost bets, or missed potential winnings resulting from connection drops, lag, software errors, or hardware issues. This applies whether the failure originates from your device, your internet provider, our infrastructure, or third-party networks (such as payment processors or blockchain nodes).
This limitation explicitly includes your inability to place, modify, or cancel bets, or to view live game tracking. If your connection drops during an active or ongoing game round, the round will continue and be resolved on our backend infrastructure, and the outcome will be settled in accordance with our server records.

Game Records and Malfunctions

In the event of any conflict between the data displayed on your screen and the data stored in our database, the records on Jacks Club's servers will be final and binding, subject to the clause below.
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round — including errors in game logic, settlement, random number generation, or payouts — Jacks Club reserves the right to void the affected bets and rounds. Voided bets will be refunded at their original wagered amount.

Third Party Games

When playing third-party games on Jacks Club, there is a cap on the maximum profit you can earn per bet. The cap is set at $300,000 and is subject to change at any time. Any winnings exceeding $300,000 will not be honored.

Sportsbook

The sportsbook functionality available on this site is delivered exclusively through an independent third-party provider, which operates all odds feeds, market management tools, wallet reconciliation, and settlement processes outside of our direct custody or control.

By accessing or using the sportsbook, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the Sportsbook Terms.

Affiliate Commission

Jacks Club offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commission on bets placed by referred players. See formula below.

Commission Rate: Each affiliate is assigned a commission rate, which may vary. Jacks Club reserves the right to adjust commission rates at any time without prior notice.
Player Bonuses: A portion of site profit is reinvested into player bonuses and promotions to retain referred players and encourage continued wagering. This portion is deducted before commission is calculated.
Collection: Affiliates may collect earned commission at any time, subject to identity verification and compliance requirements. Jacks Club reserves the right to withhold commission pending investigation of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Data Retention

To keep the Jacks Club platform running smoothly, we will retain your bet history for 1 month.

Personal data that is required by anti-money laundering regulations and licensing requirements will be held for a minimum period of 5 years.

Close Account

You may close your Jacks Club account at any time, at your sole discretion. Closing your Jacks Club account may not result in the deletion of information we hold about you.

Funds Recovery

You are able to recover your remaining funds after an account has been terminated. However Jacks Club reserve the right to deny your claim if the following conditions are not met:

Valid Email: You have access and start the recovery process by contacting us with the email associated with your Jacks Club account;
Valid Funds: Your funds are not acquired by use of exploits, bugs, or any other means of abuse;
Identity Check: To ensure the rightful owner of the funds, we can ask specific questions only you will know. Such as validation of 2FA code, account statistics, or other account-specific details.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Jacks Club.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall first be submitted through our Contact Us page. If unresolved within sixty (60) days, either party may pursue formal proceedings as set forth below.

The Agreement and any matters relating hereto shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros. You irrevocably agree that subject as provided below, the courts of Anjouan shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute, or difference concerning the Agreement and any matter arising therefrom and irrevocably waive any right that you may have to object to an action being brought in those courts, or to claim that the action has been brought in an inconvenient forum, or that those courts do not have jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit the right of Jacks Club to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdictions, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of such other jurisdiction. All disputes and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.

If part of the Agreement is or becomes invalid or non-binding, the Parties shall remain bound to the remaining part. The Parties shall replace the invalid or non-binding part with provisions that are valid and binding and the effect of which, given the contents and purpose of the Agreement, is, to the greatest extent possible, similar to that of the invalid or non-binding part.

Consent to Electronic Disclosures and Notices: By agreeing with the terms of service, you agree that such action constitutes your electronic signature, and you consent to the electronic provision of all disclosures and notices from Jacks Club ("Notices"), including those required by Law. You also agree that your electronic consent will have the same legal effect as a physical signature.
Methods of Delivery: You agree that Jacks Club can provide Notices regarding the Services to you through our website, or by mailing Notices to your email. Notices may include notifications about your account, changes to the Services, or other information we are required to provide to you. You also agree that electronic delivery of a Notice has the same legal effect as if we provided you with a physical copy. We will consider a Notice to have been received by you within 24 hours of the time a Notice is either posted to our website or emailed to you.
Requirements for Delivery: It should come as no surprise to you that you will need a computer or mobile device, Internet connectivity, and an updated browser to review the Notices provided to you. If you are having problems viewing or accessing any Notices, please contact us and we can find another means of delivery.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will any Jacks Club entity be responsible or liable to you for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the services or for the unavailability of the services, for lost profits, personal injury, or property damage, or for any other damages arising out of, in connection with, or relating to this agreement or your use of the services, even if such damages are foreseeable, and whether or not you or the Jacks Club entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Jacks Club entities are not liable, and deny responsibility for any damages, harm, or losses to you arising from or relating to hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the services, your Jacks Club affiliate account, or data, or any other data security measure. The Jacks Club entities further deny responsibility for all liability and damages to you or others caused by (a) any unauthorized access of servers, infrastructure, or data used in connection with the services; (b) interruptions or cessation of the services; (c) any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the services; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or losses in or to any data provided to us; (e) third-party content provided by you; or (f) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of others.

You agree to limit any additional liability not disclaimed or denied by the Jacks Club entities under this agreement to your direct and documented damages.

These limitations on our liability to you will apply regardless of the legal theory on which your claim is based, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory or basis.
