Two kinds of money in your wallet
Your own money. You can withdraw it any time.
Bonus balance. You play with it on In House games and it turns into withdrawable money as you bet.
The wallet at the top shows both added together. Open it and the orange amount under each currency is your bonus balance.
How it turns into withdrawable money
On In House games every bet and every win is split between your own money and your bonus balance. Every bet you make with your own money on those games converts part of your bonus balance into money you can withdraw, like an automatic rakeback.
Games from external providers and the sportsbook only use your own money.
New deposit bonuses
First deposit: up to 150%
Second deposit: up to 180%
Third deposit: up to 200%
The bonus goes straight into your bonus balance, in the currency you deposited. Deposit bonuses you already got count towards these three.

What happened to the unlock bonus
Your unlock bonus was split in two:
Already unlocked: on the Bonuses page as a Bespoke Bonus. Claim it in any currency, it is normal money you can withdraw.
Still locked: on the Bonuses page as Bonus Balance. Claim it and it goes into your bonus balance in the currency you pick.
Together the two are exactly what was in your unlock.
Good to know
You can't withdraw, tip or move bonus balance to the vault.
Only bets with your own money on In House games convert bonus balance.
Bonus balance alone doesn't convert. If you bet with only your bonus balance and none of your own money, none of it turns into money you can withdraw. We recommend not doing this.
