The close cousins: Dice Show, Royal Hunt and Dog or Alive
These three keep the original's shape. The Dog House Dice Show is also 5x3 with 20 lines, and in its free spins the multiplier wilds on reels 2 to 4 hold their place for the whole round. It matches the original's 96.51% RTP.
Royal Hunt gives the formula a royal makeover, with 2x or 3x wilds on the middle reels, and its bonus opens with a 3x3 grid that reveals up to 27 free spins. Dog or Alive swaps in a star-shaped badge for the wild and a safe for the bonus symbol, then plays the same trick: a 3x3 grid sets your spin count, and every wild that lands in the bonus stays for the rest of it.
The Megaways pair
The Dog House Megaways changes the reel heights on every spin, with up to 117,649 ways to win. Wilds on reels 2 to 5 carry up to 3x. Land three to six scatters and you choose your bonus: sticky wilds with 7 to 20 free spins, or Raining Wilds, with 15 to 30 spins and up to six wilds dropping in at random on each one. The ones that rebuild the grid
The Big Dog House lets wilds land as normal symbols, as 1x3 expanded wilds or as colossal 3x3 blocks, all carrying 2x or 3x. Its bonus spins nine mini reels to hand out up to 27 free spins. Ghost wilds can turn up in there and wipe out random sticky wilds, so the round isn't all one-way traffic. RTP is 96.53%.
Multihold starts the bonus with seven free spins on a single grid, and more scatters open up a second, third and fourth set of reels. Wilds on the newest grid copy across and stick for the rest of the round, and when more than one wild is part of a win, their multipliers add together. It has the lowest RTP of the nine, at 96.06%.
Muttley Crew drops paylines altogether. It's a 5x5 grid that pays on clusters of five or more matching symbols, with treasure chest wilds carrying up to 10x. The free spins make those wilds sticky, and scatters can add up to 30 more spins. RTP is 96.5%.
