Best Casino Affiliate Programs: What to Check Before Joining

How to spot the best casino affiliate programs: the NGR definition, tiers, carryover, CPA rules, payouts and product quality, with our program as the example.

Most lists of the best casino affiliate programs rank them by the biggest percentage on the front page. That number matters, but it's rarely what decides how much you actually get paid. The terms do: what counts as revenue, what happens after a losing month, who qualifies for CPA, and when the money arrives.
So rather than another ranking, here's the checklist we'd use to judge any program, applied honestly to our own so you can see what the answers look like in practice.
1. A commission ladder you can read in full
A good program publishes its tiers: the percentage, the volume needed to reach each one, and whether it's measured monthly or on some rolling total. If the page only says "up to 50%", ask what it takes to get there.
Ours pays 25% of NGR below $5,000 a month, then 30%, 35%, 40% and 50% at $5,000, $10,000, $25,000 and $50,000. New affiliates get 50% for their first two months whatever their volume.
2. How NGR is defined
This is the clause that separates good programs from expensive ones. Every program takes something off before the percentage applies, and the list varies a lot. Ours deducts bonuses, game provider fees, payment fees and fraud costs, and adds back player withdrawal fees, all per calendar month. Our NGR guide works through an example.
If a program won't show you its NGR definition in writing, treat the headline percentage as a guess.
3. What a losing month does
When a player wins big, revenue for the month goes negative. Many programs carry that forward and take it out of later commission. The questions are whether it ever resets, and whether it drags your tier down too. In our program it's recovered from later months, and your tier for any month depends only on that month's NGR.
4. CPA rules that are spelled out
For CPA or hybrid deals, you want to know exactly when a player qualifies and what can reduce the payment. We require registration through your link plus a minimum deposit and a minimum level of play, one conversion per player. Payments are graded by the player's location and network: 100%, 60% or 20% of the agreed amount. Our RevShare vs CPA guide covers how to choose between them.
5. Payouts that land when they say
How often are you paid, and on what date?
In what currency, and is there a minimum before a payout goes out?
Who pays the admin and network fees?
We pay automatically on the 1st of each month in the crypto you choose, from 14 payout currencies. There are no admin fees, we cover the network fee, and a balance under your coin's minimum rolls into the next month.
6. Tracking you can trust
Attribution should be clear and permanent. With us a player is yours when your referral code is present at registration, through your link or entered as a promo code, and that attribution never expires. The dashboard updates in real time, and you can split traffic into as many campaigns as you like.
7. A product your players will stick with
RevShare only works if players stay, and that comes down to the site you send them to. Look at the published RTP, the depth of the sportsbook and what regulars get back over time. Our in-house games mostly run at 98% RTP with provably fair results, the sportsbook covers everything from football to esports, and the VIP Club pays rakeback from the first tier.
8. Rules that can cost you commission
Read the restricted-traffic section before you build campaigns. Ours doesn't count self-referred, incentivised or duplicate sign-ups, and it bars bidding on the Jacks Club brand without written consent. Those rules are common across the industry, and breaking one can mean withheld commission.
How to use this checklist
Put two or three programs side by side and answer each point from their terms, not their landing pages. The one with the clearest answers is usually the one that pays what it promises. If you want to see ours in full, read the crypto casino affiliate program guide or apply on the Jacks Club affiliate program page.
Common questions
What makes a good casino affiliate program?
Clear terms. A published tier ladder, a written NGR definition, fair negative carryover rules, spelled-out CPA qualification, reliable payouts and a product players stay with.
How much can a casino affiliate earn?
It depends on the NGR your players generate. On a 25% tier, a month with $4,000 of NGR pays $1,000, while a negative month earns nothing and is carried forward.
What is negative carryover?
When your players win more than they lose in a month, the shortfall is carried forward and taken from your commission in later months before you're paid again.
Do casino affiliate programs pay in crypto?
Some do. Ours pays monthly in the cryptocurrency you choose, from 14 payout currencies, with no admin fees.
